  • Delivering top-notch customer service to clients
  • Generating new quotes for various Personal Lines business categories
  • Providing renewal terms and optional quotes
  • Updating evaluators when needed
  • Handling Auto Insurance coverage as required
  • Offering supplementary products to ensure comprehensive customer portfolios
  • Maintaining thorough notes in the paperless Computer System
  • Keeping abeyances updated and current
  • Managing Accounts Receivable
